Uneven experience, Some ups and significant downs

clean beddingcomplicated check-insmall room
The receptionist seemed nice and the bedding was clean.
The online check-in process was too complicated. I waited quite a while to get the keys. And the room turned out to be very small. It faced a brick wall instead of a sea view. I was really disappointed.
